Hurricane Eta: Honduras race to evacuate as death toll from aftermath rises

Mercy Chefs is actively helping in Comayagua, Honduras in response to the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Eta. The town faced extreme flooding, with water reaching over their roofs. Our team is currently waiting to get into the country (due to COVID-19) and in the meantime, we’ve sent resources ahead of us which has allowed the local church to prepare meals for the community. There is a dire need for clean water and our purifier is going to be brought in to make clean water more accessible. T
