The dining room of Japanese chef Mitsuharu Tsumura, located in Lima, is considered the temple of Nikkei cuisine. Against all odds, the Peruvian restaurant Maido was crowned on Thursday as the Best Restaurant in the World on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list of 2025.
