The family has claimed Hamas is 'deliberately starving him' as part of a 'propaganda campaign', despite reports of widespread famine in Gaza.

It comes as officials in Gaza said six more people had died of starvation or malnutrition in the past 24 hours, adding that a further 80 had been killed by Israeli fire.
