The Dallas Cowboys and Micah Parsons aren't exactly on the best of terms right now, with the star pass rusher wanting a new contract, but so far, Jerry Jones and the front office don't appear to be in a hurry to get a deal done.

As the saga between Micah Parsons and the Dallas Cowboys continues to unfold, Nick Wright sounded off on Jerry Jones' approach with the star linebacker.

"It's almost akin to an option quarterback," Jones said during the interview with USA Today. "He can step out, he can either hand it to that guy going down the line, or he can come on out and keep it, or he can pitch it. Three different things. The longer you give him to get to the sideline, the better chance you've got to make the better play.
