The three-year-old, who lives in Montreal’s LaSalle district, had been missing since Sunday. Bell was discovered by Ontario Provincial Police drones near Highway 417 at 3:06 p.m on Wednesday, almost 72 hours to-the-dot after she disappeared. She was conscious and able to speak upon her discovery.

Claire was reported missing Sunday afternoon by her mother, Rachel Todd, at the fireworks and souvenir shop in Coteau-du-Lac, about 60 kilometres southwest of Montreal. Todd told an employee she had lost the child and didn’t know where she was, police said.
