MONTREAL– Missing toddler Claire Bell has been found alive in the St. Albert, Ont., region, the Surete du Quebec has confirmed. The three-year-old, who lives in Montreal’s Lasalle district, had been missing since Sunday.

Claire Bell, the three-year-old missing since Sunday, was found alive and well in Ontario on Wednesday, police announced during an evening news conference hours later.

It is the best scenario we could have imagined,’ SQ Sgt. Éloïse Cossette told reporters. ‘She’s been found, she’s alive, she is conscious.’
