ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – The Rochester Police Department (RPD) is investigating five suspected overdose deaths in the last week.

Spotty showers will redevelop after midnight with more rain and a few thunderstorms moving in on Wednesday. Expect occasional showers and a few stray thunderstorms tomorrow until early in the evening.
