One of the 13 victims of the deadly June 12 flood on San Antonio's Northeast Side was experiencing homelessness when she died, her family told the San Antonio Express-News. Roseann Cobb, 41, was found in the Wurzbach Parkway area, according to Bexar County officials. The mother of four was one of the last victims to be identified.

The city, which forecasters say typically gets about 3 inches of rain in June, was inundated with nearly 10 inches of rain last week.
