James Tibbs III, the top prospect coming to the Red Sox in the Rafael Devers trade, notched his first hit with the organization Wednesday night. Currently ranked as Boston’s No. 6 prospect according to MLB Pipeline, Tibbs recorded a single the other way to left field for AA Portland in a home loss to Akron.
