Easton Stick and Emory Jones are in line for the majority of the snaps for the Falcons when Atlanta plays the Tennessee Titans on Friday night.

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Penix Jr. will not play in the team's second preseason game on Friday, per ESPN's Marc Raimondi. Backup quarterback Kirk Cousins is also unlikely to play, although it has not been completely ruled out by the team.

The Atlanta Falcons signed veteran quarterback Kirk Cousins to a four-year, $180 million deal last offseason, then stirred controversy by selecting quarterback Michael Penix Jr. with the No. 8 overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft.
