Edan Alexander arrived in his hometown of Tenafly, New Jersey on June 19. He had been held hostage by Hamas and was released on May 12.

Edan Alexander, an American taken hostage during the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas attack on Israel​, is finally returning to his hometown in New Jersey.

After being held hostage for nearly 18 months by Hamas, an IDF solider native to Bergen County came back to his hometown.
