Another one bites the dust, as they say. Andy Byron, former Astronomer CEO, resigned from the company July 19, days after he was allegedly spotted on Coldplay's kiss cam at a concert embracing one of his coworkers.

"Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer, she has resigned," a company spokesperson told CNBC on Thursday. Cabot was the Chief People Officer at Astronomer.
