Air India crash survivor carries coffin of brother killed in disaster - Vishwash Kumar Ramesh was several seats away from his brother who was killed in the devastating plane crash

The crash of an Air India Boeing 787 Dreamliner seconds after takeoff from Ahmedabad city, killing all but one of the 242 people on board, is the world's worst aviation disaster in a decade. At least 30 people were also killed on the ground as the airliner crashed into a medical college hostel near the airport.

With about 25 per cent of the crash victims being international citizens, liabilities against Air India and Boeing could exceed significantly, should they be found in violation of international law
