In previous versions of Microsoft Outlook (the classic app), you could view the HTML code of an email by opening the email, right-clicking on it, and selecting “View source” from the context menu.

To view source code on a webpage using frames, repeat the steps in each frame. If the webpage won't allow you to right-click, view the HTML through the browser's menu bar.
