A better solution here is to set the PATH variable for those programs or commands in the environment variable so you can access them from anywhere on the file system hierarchy.

Execute Shell Script Files Open Command Prompt and navigate to the folder where the script file is available. Type Bash script-filename.sh and hit the enter key.
