Trichy: The district administration jointly with Trichy corporation and TNSTC has launched ‘Trichy bus tracking project', a real-time tracking system .

Under the project, 42 Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation buses, plying between Chathiram Bus Stand and Samayapuram, have been fitted with the global positioning system (GPS).
