Iranian missiles struck Israel's Tel Aviv and the port city of Haifa in an early morning raid on Monday, destroying homes and fuelling concerns amongst world leaders at this week's G7 meeting that the battle between the two old enemies could lead to a broader regional conflict.

Buildings three blocks away from the site of an overnight Iranian missile impact in Tel Aviv showed signs of damage, including cracked windows, on Monday. Closer to the impact site, businesses and apartments were largely bombed out. A 15-story high-rise overlooking the impact site over a parking lot was left entirely windowless.
