Ann Arbor – Michigan players certainly were aware of the NCAA investigation into an illegal scouting scheme within the program launched midseason in 2023 but said they did not worry about the outcome and potential punishments that could have included a postseason ban.

It took the NCAA almost two years to punish the Michigan football team, and Joel Klatt has an issue with that.

NCAA football season kicks off on Saturday, Aug. 23, with “Week Zero.” The Week 1 action then begins on Aug. 28. NCAA football games will air across ESPN, ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and the college conference networks.
