Speculation has swirled over whether the Chicago Sky, currently 8-25 and firmly out of playoff contention, should shut down star forward Angel Reese for the remainder of the season after she missed the last seven games.

Angel Reese is back and showed exactly why she was missed. The second-year forward scored 19 points but it was not enough as her Chicago Sky fell 94-88 to the Seattle Storm. The Sky were tied with the Storm after the opening quarter but a strong second quarter gave Seattle a 12-point lead.
