Bristol Motor Speedway has to switch from hosting the MLB Speedway Classic and be ready for NASCAR's return to the historic racetrack for a playoff race Sept. 13.

The instant the Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Braves cleared the baseball diamond inside the infield at Bristol Motor Speedway, a new clock started.

The Cincinnati Reds and Atlanta Braves already started their one-off game at Bristol Motor Speedway on Aug. 2, but it was twice delayed by rain before it was suspended. Aug. 3 will see the times pick-up where they left off and attempt to complete a full game.
