Open the file that you want to copy in Excel. Click the "File" tab and "Save As" to display the Save As dialog box. Navigate to the location where you want to store the new file.
To copy columns from one Excel spreadsheet to another, you need to click on the column name first in the source file. Then, open the destination file and press Ctrl+V.
Navigate to the first of your existing Excel files that contains one or more macros you want to move to another computer. Click the "Open" button to open your document.
