Outlook email format messed up? Maybe you need to fix formatting in Outlook. Set default to to Hyperlink Markup Language (HTML), Rich Text Format (RTF) or Plain Text.

Outlook adds unwanted line spacing to messages due to formatting issues when you receive a reply from a web-based email program.

Select Convert to HTML format from the dropdown next to the When sending messages in Rich Text format to Internet recipients option. Click on OK to save changes to Outlook.
