Moving information from an HTML form into a database is a two-step design process. First, create an entry HTML form capable of passing information to a secondary file.
The basic form is as follows: Data Entry Form FIELD1: FIELD2: Create the PHP file to read the form fields, make the connection to the database and insert the data into the database.
Select the mysql-connector-java-XXX-bin.jar file (where XXX is the release number) and click OK. Click OK to exit out of the Options window and you’re ready to connect to your remote database.
