Buffalo Bills running back James Cook has been a training camp hold-in with No. 4 wanting a new contract before stepping foot on the practice field, and so far, he’s been a bystander. Cook didn’t even participate in warm-ups prior to the first preseason game against the New York Giants as he still awaited a new contract.
