Rumors have been surrounding the paranormal investigator's sudden death after he had been touring with a doll named Annabelle, which some claim is possessed.

Paranormal investigator Dan Rivera was found dead while on tour with Annabelle. Now, some fans are blaming his untimely death on the allegedly possessed doll, which inspired The Conjuring films.

Adams County coroner Francis Dutrow shared new statements on the death of Dan Rivera, who passed suddenly on July 13 in a Gettysburg, Pennsylvania hotel room. Rivera, 54, hosted a showing of Annabelle one day before he passed. He was also leading the New England Society for Psychic Research's sold out Devils on the Run Tour.
