The 2025 College World Series field is down to just two as Coastal Carolina and LSU have punched their tickets to the final in Omaha, Nebraska.

OMAHA, Neb. — Coastal Carolina advanced to the College World Series finals with an 11-3 victory over Louisville on Wednesday, scoring five of its six first-inning runs before making an out and extending its win streak to 26 games.

Coastal Carolina, now winners of 26 straight games, eliminated Louisville Wednesday afternoon. The Chanticleers used early offensive fireworks and yet another high-stakes pitching clinic to take down the battle-tested Cardinals.
