U.S. President Donald Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney will likely talk "over the next number of days" after the U.S. imposed a 35% tariff on goods not covered by the U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade agreement,

The talks are expected following Washington’s move to slap 35 per cent tariffs on Canadian goods, Minister Dominic LeBlanc said Sunday.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said Sunday that Canada will do "something constructive with the Americans" following US President Donald Trump's 35% tariff on goods from the country.
